The billing cycle begins at the time of subscribing to a paid plan. If there is a change in plans, either an upgrade or downgrade, the billing cycle will update accordingly. FeedbackWhiz uses the Stripe payment system to process payments. Monthly billing cycles start on the date of payment submission. Anytime during the subscription, the plan can be upgraded or downgraded. If a downgrade is chosen, the current plan will still be in effect until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will automatically downgrade to the selected lower plan. If an upgrade is chosen, a pro-rated amount will be charged based on the new plan rate and the number of days left in the billing cycle. As soon as the upgrade is made, the billing cycle date will reset to that day of the month.

Yes, FeedbackWhiz does have the capability to handle different languages. It can detect the buyer's preferred language setting within their Amazon account. The FeedbackWhiz template editor allows users to select and set up buyer-seller messages in different languages. FeedbackWhiz prebuilt templates include translated languages. If users choose to create their own template, they will have to import the translations into FeedbackWhiz. When a buyer-seller messaging email is sent out, FeedbackWhiz will check if there is a message set up in the buyer’s preferred language for that specific order. If not, FeedbackWhiz will not send out an email for that order. Sending emails in the buyer’s preferred language is a requirement by Amazon. Note that FeedbackWhiz will not automatically translate custom templates; users would need to copy and paste their own translated messages into FeedbackWhiz.
